Q. Can Charter Arms repair my old Charter firearm?
A. Yes. There is a $49.95 charge that covers all shipping, handling, and labor. There is also a charge for any additional parts.

 

Q. Can Charter Arms polish and re-finish my Charter firearm?
A. Yes. However, we may not be able to correct deep pitting. Cost, depending on condition, is $100.00. The cost includes stripping the firearm, re-polishing and re-finishing or bead blasting, re-assembly, test firing, and final inspection. (Contact factory for specific repair cost.)

 

Q. Can I replace a missing piece on the end of the ejector rod?
A. Yes, but you are actually missing three parts: ejector rod head, ejector rod collar, and ejector rod collar spring. When ordering, please indicate black or stainless finish and caliber.

 

Q. I'm shopping for a revolver and I see the term "ultra-lite" tossed around a lot. What's the standard?
A. "Ultra-lite" is a marketing term--a buzzword. Believe the scale instead. With twelve models weighing between 12 and 16 ounces, Charter's Undercover line offers true ultra-lites.
