Charter Arms 9mm Pitbull

To all our Customers interested in the new rimless 9mm Pitbull: Please be aware that Charter Arms produced a “Pitbull” for 9mm Federal cartridges for a brief time in the late 80’s. The old model will have Stratford, CT on the barrel. The 9mm Federal was a rimmed cartridge and is no longer produced. This is not the same as the Pitbull 9mm rimless revolver produced currently. The new 9mm Pitbull model will chamber 9mm Luger rounds only. All new Pitbull revolvers will also have Shelton, CT on the barrel. The new model number is 79920.

Happy Customers Are Our Favorites!

"Two days ago I purchased a used Charter Arms Undercover 38 Special manufactured in 1982. I was having a problem using the thumb cylinder release and it simply would not release the cylinder. I called your office phone #866-769-4867 and talked to a very nice lady (I apologize I forgot her name) and told her of my problem. She then asked me to stay on the line and she might be able to correct the problem for me without sending the gun back to you for repairs. She then transferred me to Nick who walked me through, and corrected the problem over the phone. "Nick B" was extremely nice and it is apparent that he knows his trade. Mr. Ecker, I was in business for 44 years and I realize the important role that customer service plays and I must say you should be extremely happy on how your employees treat their customers. I want to thank each of you for your professionalism and kindness in helping me resolve my problem. There is no doubt that I will tell others about your great service and the next gun I purchase will be a Charter Arms weapon.

Again, thanks for solving my problem".

Charter Arms Supports Friends of the NRA

If you are planning an event please contact us! We are happy to support the Friends of NRA. We have had some Friends who have organized very successful events. See the comments below:
“All of us from the North County Friends of the NRA would like to thank you for your generosity in donating the beautiful turquoise pistol. The turquoise purse with pistol was the hit of the event. The winning bid for the purse/wallet/pistol was $1,650.00, to a beautiful young lady. Two other patrons finally gave up. Last year we raised around $38,000 and our teams personal goal for this year was $40,000 and with your help "Dee" and Charter Arms our team raised for the NRA this year was $40,023. That's not the final count but pretty close.Again, we could not have done this without your generosity.
Thank you from all of us here at the North County Friends of the NRA”. Scott and Ramona Lee
